I love that part of Havok's transformation into the Goblin Prince involves shredding his regular costume to match hers. What's the matter Maddy, can't you give your consort some proper (skimpy) clothes? XD

That story with Nate and Maddie was weird.
ReplyDeleteIt was not clear if that "Queen Madelyne" from other reality was his Maddie all along or if she only suplanted her at some point.
I did love how ghost Maddie behaved in The Twelve, wanting to have her family back (Cable and Scott). But it would not make sense if she was not our Maddie.
And X-Man's mag was so hot. Even having a 16-year-old as the protagonist, there were so many adult things he did. Threnody, lucky girl, I'm looking at you. Good thing this was right before the age he would get all chest-haired (if he is anything like Cable). Oh, that reminded me of Askani'son. Another awesome book.
Yeah, lots of shirtlessness in X-Man's ongoing. And Gene Ha's pencils for Askani'Son were beautiful.
